Union Restaurant and Rooftop is located where the old Shinder's location off 8th St and Hennepin Ave was, and offers a chef driven cuisine, crafted cocktails along with an unique wine selection brought to life in a chic, and stylish atmosphere. Most notably though, is their impressive all year round retractable rooftop!
The diverse and extensive menu at Union features a variety of items that range from locally sourced sustainable products, house made breads, cured meats, specialty cheese. Their Cocktail Hours usually start before the kitchen fully opens for dinner (4pm-6pm) and after the kitchen is done serving dinner (10pm-11pm).
The 8,000+ square-foot multi-level restaurant and rooftop is perfect for outdoor dining and lounge area; all of which are available for private parties, corporate meetings and other affairs; the restaurant is also available for buy outs. Marquee Lounge is the downstairs lounge that's only open Thursday through Saturday and offers more of a nightclub atmostphere.
