One of the greatest dive bars in Minneapolis is found just over the river from downtown to the St. Anthony Main area. The Otter is a favorite of local Nordeasters and college students alike. It's a place where everyone can feel welcome and comfortable when singing their hearts out. Karaoke is offered 7 nights a week and starts at 9pm Sunday through Tuesday, 8pm Wednesday through Saturday.
