Themed after the great riverboat days of the Mighty Mississippi, Tuggs Tavern at St. Anthony Main serves the tastiest burgers, homemade chili, sandwiches, and fun along the Minneapolis Riverfront.

Just down the river from the St. Anthony Main Movie Theater, Tuggs Tavern grills juicy stuffed saloon burgers, an over easy burger, topped with a grade AA farm fresh egg or a Cowboy Bob burger, tastefully topped with hash browns, bacon and cheddar cheese!

Tuggs Tavern is cozy and “pat-on-the-back-friendly” with Monday through Friday all day beer specials, hand squeezed lemonade, pool tables, skeeball, “beer rockets” and a great view of downtown Minneapolis.

Plus there is the all-important outdoor deck that is absolutely perfect for a summer night of relaxation with a few pints and a few friends. There isn't a wide variety of beer on tap, but they have the typical favorites like Grain Belt Premium. If you plan to make a stop at Tugg's and you're on a budget, do make sure to go there during happy hour (4pm to 6pm). The option of ordering food is always there and it isn't a bad option at all: the food is damn good and the burgers are damn big!
