The Ox Cart ale house is a modern take on a classic neighborhood pub in Lowertown St. Paul. Of course, there is an excellent tap craft beer list, but the Ox Cart is stands on its chef-driven bar food, hiring Andy Lilja of Heartland to work it's menu. I chill spot for brunch, and sunny with an all glass walls, and featuring one of Lowertown's only rooftown patios, with views of the Lowertown Market and CHS Field.
