Hook & Ladder Theater takes over the Patrick's Cabaret space, in the old, but perfectly rehabbed South Minneapolis fire station.
The Hook & Ladder is a local non-profit, run by, and for performing artists, spoken word, and live music.
The space itself is for about 250 guests, and is a great place to catch an intimate show.
