Copperwing Distillery was created by 3 long-time friends that had been distilling for years together. Their goal is to create unique-tasting spirits that highlight the 100% local ingredients that go in to each. Their tasting room is done in partnership with Big Watt Beverage, where "less is more;" each season focuses on 10-12 craft cocktails. Also the world's only maker of "Vodksey."
