Palmers is a classic bar on the West Bank, dimly lit, and surprisingly fun for people watching and cheap drinks. The crowd is older and blue-collar/unemployed/hippy/punk rock/ everything you would expect from the neighborhood. A long wooden bar is lined with the regulars, the walls decked with old blues grass posters and large colorful paintings. Its small and smoky, but its one of the only places in the area where you can get a Hieneken on Tap.
