Rusty Pelican's view is one of the best in town. The seat-yourself lounge upstairs offers large windows looking out on Newport Harbor. The full menu is available there along with a great weekday happy hour. Dining downstairs is a more upscale experience with white linens and an outdoor patio right on the water. A great selection of seafood is offered and you can't miss the mouth-watering calamari. Music acts are in the lounge Thursday through Saturday and a great Champagne Brunch on Sundays.
